Features
1. The heating zoneof this machine is extended to 2 meters, equipped with 13heating plates capable of high-speed lamination of various hot-melt adhesives and difficult-to-bond materials. lt can also uselow-temperature lamination of hightemperature hot-meltadhesives, avoiding discoloration and deterioration of materialsdue to high temperatures.
2. This machine uses a dual rollerlamination with diameter 160mm and inner diameter 76mm,high-temperature large silicone rubber rollers, combined with80mm diameter large air cylinders for, providing over 40kg ofpressure per square centimeter on the materials, solving theproblem of bonding various difficult-to-bond materials.
3. Allare treated with chromium plating on the surface, increasing theflatness of the high-temperature belt, solving the problem ofthin materials wrinkling.
4. 5mm thick aluminum profiles aretreated with surface hardness, enhancing the wear resistance ofthe aluminum heat conduction plate. The mica heating plateprovides uniform heating fast heat conduction, with small
horizontal temperature difference.
5. The thickened machinebody wall is welded as a whole, making the base frame lessprone to, more solid and durable.
6. The motor is equipped witha patented bias correction structure, making it easier to adjustand prevent the belt from running off.
