Genuine leathe/rubber sole Adhesive instance RN curing agent (Rubber Primer), PU2077

Rubbersole agent:

After rubbed the rubber bottomit was treated with rubber agent and then concentrated on the side to dry and reserve.

 Dermis treatment:

Rub the dermis skin to the fuzz and putit together.

ADHESIVEFORMING OFSHOES :

1. Take one kilogram of PU2077 adhesiveand add 3-4 caps of RN curing agent into the adhesice. Stir well before use. Use withinfour hours. (lf not fully used, do not pour back into the orignal adhesice bucket.)

2. Take 10 pairs of rubber soles that have been treated with and 10pairs of polished upper surfaces3. Appky pu 2077 glue on the rubber bottom.After 10 pairs of application, leave aside for 10-15 minutes.4. Apply PU2077 adhesive to the upper, apply 10 pairs of thick adhesive, and let it sit aside for 10-15 minutes5. Send the upper and sole tp the oven to warm your hands(about 50-60C).6.take out the fiting one by one,and complete the pressurization with 10minutes (ot os be ter to fit one pair ,and then pressurizebecause too latepressurization can easily become cold and lose viscosity,lt's betterto use wheels for sports shoespress the shoeedge,the efect is more guaranteed than the hammer

7.Check the bonding quality after 24 hours
